@firemonkey The software you are requesting doesn’t exist. If you deleted the files from your primary disk drive where the operating system resides, you could have restored from the recycle box.
Theres a program called ‘photorec’ which might be able to do this.
I recommend Recuva:
I have accidentally wiped a USB conventional disk once and several memory cards by accident as well. Recuva can get practically everything back if you haven’t overwritten the device with new data. Interface isn’t bad and the free version has some functionality.

@shutterbug I never put any effort into recovering files from USB thumb drives. If the issue was on a RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 storage system then I could truly help.
