I’m really proud! I went to the store today with my daughter. I brought my mace and just focused on her the whole time. I only felt like 2 people were following me. And I stayed until we got what we needed! Yay!

nice i can go to stores fine but i cant be around to many people or talk to anyone because of my social anxiety.

I understand that. It can be nerve wracking talking to people you don’t know. I just don’t want the men following me or sending others to follow me like they’ve done.
