I don’t know if I’ve had a deep cleaning vs a regular cleaning, but I bet your teeth are going to feel so good when it’s done.

Deep cleaning is where they give you a shot in your gums and scrape under your gum line its technically a procedure.

Oh ok. I knew someone who had that done and they said they were sore afterward but I don’t think it was too bad.

It’s uncomfortable but that’s all. It’ll be over before you know it.

It’s not too bad. I had it done last Spring. The worst part is that you’ll drool for a couple of hours after while your mouth is still numb. It didn’t hurt when i had it done and was way better than i thought it would be. I was scared to do it, too, but it was okay.

Did they do your whole mouth in one appointment?
No, they did mine in two different appointments, one side at each appointment.

It’s not as bad as drilling. Drilling is what scares me, I always think they’re going to hit a nerve and it will be excruciating pain. Not an irrational fear, I’ve had instances where they didn’t give me enough Novocain and it hurt like hell when they drilled.
