Really down today

I don’t know if it’s the start of seasonal affective disorder, or if something is upsetting me. Maybe it’s Facebook, which I rejoined recently after having been away for 10 years.

In any case, I am struggling today.

Just posting because I don’t know what else to do.

It’s probably that rather than Facebook.

Are you being treated for it ?

We added Wellbutrin into my meds a few month ago, which helps.

Maybe I need to increase the dose.

You might just be having one bad day. See how you feel in a few days before you start thinking about dose increases.

Sorry you’re feeling down.

It’s probably the time of the year… or maybe it’s just the day… I’ve seen multiple post saying today was a bad day… I’m sure it’ll get better! Stay away from Facebook if it’s just a big let down. Don’t feel alone, a lot of people feel the same way about Facebook and social media.

I don’t know what’s wrong, but I hope you feel better soon.

I have a lot of bad days. Try staying hydrated, vitamin d supplement, regular exercise, sunshine and smiling before med increase.

Self-care is always a good place to start if one has a bad day— it could be watching your favorite movie/show, making a nice cup of tea, taking a bath— anything that is positive and makes you feel a little better. Maybe it’s even just lighting a good-smelling candle.

Hope you feel better soon :purple_heart:.

Thanks @eek. You read my mind. I just got back from one. It helped a little.

I think it’s about comparing yourself to others when you’re already feeling low.
