Definition of truth for English Language Learners
the truth : the real facts about something : the things that are true
: the quality or state of being true
: a statement or idea that is true or accepted as true
Every thing which has physical existence is something that really exists and its existence is true.
So, it’s physical form is a reality/truth/actuality.
Virtual existence can be imagination and illusion and delusion and these are true in terms of being virtual and are not true in terms of being physical.
So, everything that exists is true one way or the other way and not true in every way.
So, reality is true in physical existence
and, alternate reality is true in physical existence if it is an alternate way of physical existence
and, if alternate reality is in terms of virtual reality then it is true in that way.
So, reality is like a way or true way of doing it
and, alternate reality is like doing it in an alternate way but, can be controversial or
a road less traveled.
Also delusions are alternate reality where the aliens and super heroes or other delusions, which have no physical form but do have
a non real physical form in our ill health mind.
So, reality is super heroes and aliens if exist then they that is reality
and alternate reality is super heroes and aliens in delusions who are real in virtual ill health existence but not in physical existence.
Reality seems to better equipped?
Meaning, alternate reality makes us different individuals apart from other factors that make us individuals whose reality is defined as alternate reality.
So, we learn reality sooner or later in the presence of our illness which provides us alternate reality even though we are unwillingly granted that delusional alternate reality.

So, the Prof. Stephen Hawking’s question…
" Why is there something rather than nothing? "
It’s not reality. But, alternate reality which is something but not nothing and the question is, why does it even exist?
Now, what ever the reason may be, it exists and we are to live with alternate reality
and equip ourselves some form of reality that helps us ( in the presence of delusional alternate reality )
What if the delusional alternate reality of Aliens and Super Heroes equip you with better preparedness for dooms day than a normal healthy human who is not even in the zone of preparation for such inevitable dooms day scenario? If it is going to happen!!!
