I definitely exercised a lot more when I was on Vraylar, but I’m unsure if that’s because I was more motivated or just because it made me very anxious.

My problem is I cannot take a shower each day.
I am on it and started exercising and writing more. Might be the med or coincidence. On 1.5 mg.
Partial antagonists like Vraylar and Abilify give me addictions and make me hypersexual, I stay away from them.

Its my best and favorite med, but I’m hoping to get on a newer med called caplyta. Insurance issues…
I started taking 1.5mg about 3 weeks ago and I havent noticed any improvement yet.
Thats a very low introductory dose.
