I cant cope living here anymore ive been on this downward spiral for years now and im ready to pack it all in. Moving to parents tomorrow. Suicidal earlier. Mh arent helping me ive tried

He didnt want to take me to hospital tonight but hes sat with me for an hour. I feel like im hanging by a thread

Hubby having to sit with me until i go to bed every night
I hope you can get advise from somewhere soon about your problems, we have citizens advice bureau here in uk, gives advise about benefits, finances, housing etc

I live in a flat a couple of floors up, i keep getting suicidal frequently and i dont feel safe living here anymore because i become impulsive very quickly. I would feel safer at my parents bit would struggle there too with different things.
I rely on hubby a lot and he says he will be doing things to help. Idk ill have to decide what to do for the best? But i dont feel safe here anymore. Ive been trying to go on antidepressants to see if that helps me but mh team are slow not helping.

you’re hubby sounds like he is trying to help, it sounds like a lot,
I hope you can work through this somehow and find some peace,
you are a good person and hopefully the help you need will come soon,
please do not despair, be patient.

i moved back in with my mum about 7 years ago. I was back there for 2 years. I wasnt doing well living alone at the time.
She is a massive source of support and helped me get back on my own 2 feet again. Alot of people at the time thought it was a bad idea but it turned out great… it was what i needed.

That’s awesome to have a whole support team n if they are professional that can do wonders .

Yes hubby is trying to help, it is a lot to deal with for both of us. I just dont see this problem going away
