Rash from latuda due to heat?

I have been on latuda a few years now.

I am however in a hotter climate now with a higher dose of latuda.

Over a month I have been getting rashes itchy all over my body.

I’m scheduled to see my go in a month (waiting time).
Could this be due to medication and temperature being around 43c in shade?

I know the sun can irritate when on some aps and also changes in temperature but not about rashes before
