I make YouTube videos and I was just rewatching some of them and I notice I blink like excessively I also don’t open my eyes fully. I’d say like I blink 3x a normal person. Anyone else have this or know why this would be? Is it related to medications?

Nope I do not have that problem nor do I wear contacts

Could it just be nervousness?
My eyes bother me when I smoke a little herb, but the relief I get from it is a worthwhile trade-off, for me anyways

some people on youtube that know how to use there eyes to make an impact will purposely blink less.
In television they blink less to create a more impactful scene.
