could that have anything to do with caffeine? I drank three cups of coffee this morning, which is unusual for me. Getting really fast heartbeat while sitting at my desk not doing anything nerve-wrecking, just out of the blue it seems
Yes it could but I only drink 1 cup lately usually I drink 3-4 cups a day. If you’re not used to it though it could bring you a sped up heartbeat.
Ever since I decreased the klonopin I need less caffeine.
Yes, it can be caffeine related, but also stress induced… or both.
