quite a lot of people have problem with low spirit/morale including myself. have started using qigong methods to help. I think weight traning can be quite useful for this as well.
one method is breethe in deeply and punch out to the side of you slowly and breathe out imaging that you are punching someone.let your eyes glare at your opponent when you do this.then repeat on the other side. try to keep yourself in a horse riding stance so your nice and firm.repeat 8 times or however many times is comfortable.
Who are you punching in this scenario?
You can visualise whoever you wish when using this method.the idea is that your spirit is raised because of the confrontation with your enemy.

I practise qigong for self healing. I don’t do it for martial arts.does it help,yes.
I have spirit/moral problems. Like not using up water as i’m a guest in someone elses home. And not helping myself to their food in their kitchen. Else I start feeling like I am thieving. Even though they feel no such way about me.
It’s a spirit i’m trying to shake. Very feebly, but trying. Anything to raise spirit. Because i’m in quite a depressive one.
I don’t know what other people do but to raise my spirit I practise qigong.also I am going to start running/jogging as I think that will help me as well.
