Welcome to the semi tropics down here in Oz. We just had a weather event. Down south was crazy but up here we got like over 150mls of rain over four days. That is like over an inch a day almost and one day in particular had like 100 mls plus in some places…
Anyways. The cricket club survived thankfully with all our equipment safe but gawd. Went down yesterday and the oval was a mess…so much rain in so little time makes everything such a mess.
Peace to those down south who’ve lost the lot. It’s scary when things flood. It happens so quick.
