What movie would you consider to be “an unqualified masterpiece” ?

I’d consider Star Wars (1977) to be an unqualified masterpiece.

I always thought “The Empire Strikes Back” was the best of the 3 originals.

Has anybody seen the movie Rad? The movie was produced in the 80’s. I really like the sound track. It is about bmx bikes. You can watch it for free on youtube.

I have to say The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. If you get past all the insanity of it, it’s in my opinion a truly amazing work of art.

Besides, it was big in Japan! :smiley:

I just looked up the movie Rad, and you can’t watch it for free. I thought I watched it for free around a year ago. I must have forgotten how I watched it.

Harrison Ford was in both Star Wars and Indiana Jones series…first class actor…I think the pirates of the carribean is a unqualified masterpiece…
