Quitting tobacco/nicotine and libido

I thought it was the meds killing my libido for sure. However, since quitting smoking it has gradually increased. Today it climaxed and I masturbated 3 times today. I just thought this information might help people who blame their medication for their libido problems. Smoking could be a big part of it. I know this is kind of crude to say but how else am I able to explain the effect quitting has had on me… I masturbate at least once a day now when before I quit nicotine/tobacco I did it no more than once a week if I was lucky. My erections are also much larger and I feel much more balanced and healthy

Other things I’m doing that may also be helping - #1 I exercise at least 3 days a week, eat a salad once a day, and take magnesium, mega vitamin b complex, and omega 3. Also, the only kind of alcohol I drink is white wine. But make no mistake, quitting smoking/nicotine is the biggest factor here.

I haven’t smoked for greater than seven months. Stopping smoking is way kewl. I haven’t noticed any changes in my libido, however.

The other major contributing factors to this drastic change is exercise + diet/suppplements, but the biggest is quitting tobacco/nicotine. I smoked 2 packs a day mind you.

It took me 20 days on the e cig to fully give it up. I only took hits from it when I absolutely needed to.

I was vaping 18 mg’s of nicotine.

I was using the v2 cig. I was mainly using their USB/power cord attachment one that uses no battery.

Medication does have big negative inpact on libido, tabaco is probably 10 percent. All of the antypsychotics have side effect of reducing sex drive, but for some people it doesnt effect in that area, i think those are the lucky once, by the way, who knows maybe those medications makers intentionally make it to cause that side effect, having a high sex drive and being in psychosis can cause lot of issues for some people. I was smoking before medication and i hade 10 times more sex drive than a healty person, but once i started taking medication, it has reduces a lot.

Haha the onion…
Seriously 3 times a day? Sounds like a burden.

Only time will tell how long these effects last, but it has been going on for over a week.

That’s twisted… twisted
