Almost all B-vitamins on the market are synthetic, and the ones that aren’t are very expensive.
I feel different mentally. More relaxed. But at the same time I feel less alert and more passive in engaging people.
I guess it’s a trade off, but I think I prefer being relaxed.
I started taking nutritional yeast flakes as a substitute. They contain natural B-vitamins, but yield a lot less than the synthetic ones. But I figure with this and eating eggs and meat regulary I should be getting enough. Liver is also a great source. I used to eat liverpaste sandwiches, but I’m not eating that or red meat at the moment because of my stomach issues.
