Hello, i am a social worker but since my last episode 2 years ago i feel like i cant do the work anymore. I get nauseas and irritated really quick. I want to take a break from work and after that do something practical/creative.
Whats your advice? Thank u
Working mundane work in the supply chain pays well and it’s easy work. Can be hard physically but brain wise it’s simple and lo stressed. So order picking, driving forklifts, recieving or despatch…if you can handle some physical work it’s not so bad…especially if your brain works overdrive…
I dont know if i can do something so basic, berm thinking to become a welder or something like that im also already 31 so a career change is kinda scary
I miss working but I have had 11 jobs in 2 years… If I could work I would
31 is young if you were say 5 years from retirement I’d tell you keep ahold of your job but you have time to change and be hapy
…It pays well for no skill. If your skilled you could do well. Welding is good if you can do it. Sheety’s and fabricators will always earn money…do you have those skills?
If your creativity pays then I say go for it. If it doesn’t then I’ll say keep it a hobby
I switched careers again when I was 32. Had no choice
What kind of work do u do now?
