Hello. I created this post to ask if anyone has some info on EVP-6124 (Encenicine) and GTS- 21. They are drugs that are being developed for cognitive symptoms of schizophrenia and they have a similar mechanism of action. Currently, theyre on phase III trials. Id also like to ask admin if he could use his resources to learn more things about these drugs (maybe ask the companies themselves when they plan to launch the drugs), because the studies which have already come out indicate that they work, but the information on google is limited.

No - its only passed its Phase 2 trial. Phase 3 trial will be ongoing for the next year or two.
I vaguely recall this (we have a lot of users and a lot of postings here) - but even if he saw no difference - these are all double blind studies (the people don’t know whether they are getting the new medication or a placebo) - so he could have been on the placebo group.

If it does get approval in the USA - then I recommend you start writing letters to the health authorities in Brazil to get them to support the medication there.
