I started taking sarcosine 4 days ago 500 mg and I wonder if I can take 2 pills of 500 mg so 1000mg at once and I’m taking it risperdal and does it work with risperdal consta and how it takes to notice effects

i don’t know anything about supplements so i’ll leave that to others who know something about it.
Mine comes as a powder, not in a pill. One gram in the morning and one gram in the evening. No idea about risperdal, I’ve used it on Geodon and Rexulti briefly with no issues. I noticed effects within a few days.
