I’ve never tested but I heard you can tell how high your testosterone is generally by whether your ring finger is longer than your index. It’s real and scientific.
My ring finger is longer than my index so I think my testosterone is high. Comparitively for men my same age I mean ofcourse. Testosterone one after 30 decreases by -about 1% per year
My testosterone was too low in my last blood test. I think it’s because of Invega. i’m On the max dose.

No they don’t. They didn’t even suggest a supplement or something. They don’t consider it to be an issue.

I looked it up my testosterone values were 255 ng/dl, whereas normal values are in the 300-800 range.

What about your estrogen levels?

There’s no mention of it in my report so I guess they didn’t measure it.

My testosterone levels are low.
My family doctor said it is because of the risperdal I take.

Usually it’s reserved for females.

Quiting masturbation its good and healthy option for raising testosterone. exercises help to raise testosterone also.i think with good exercise schedule and nofap my testosterone levels return to normal

I asked my GP to measure my testosteron July last year. It was 6.7 which is the minimum acceptable level. And I exercise every day. But my age is 62. And things go down at my age.
