Question about seroquel abdominal pain

Last night I fell asleep after taking my seroquel like usual but woke up around 2am with abdominal pain and had trouble going back to sleep has anyone had this problem before? I think it’s because of the seroquel but I don’t think it’s a high enough dose either and want to try something else I also take accutane because of my back acne and it’s really hard on your liver so I guess I’ll see when I get my monthly blood test on Monday … I’m kinda worried

I tried seroquel and it didn’t help me.
It knocked me out all day… Made me have to sleep all day then take a drug to help the body twitches and then a pill for the pill that help with the twitchea. Then I had anxiety then another pill
I slept all day as a remedy. Working out and posituve prayer helped cure me. My bday messed me up…

So do you still take meds now? I’d prefer not to take anything because the side effects and long term effects scare but at this point I’d try anything to feel better

I’ve taken 400 x 2 daily Seroquel for over a decade. I never had any problems like you describe. I didn’t think the Seroquel was doing anything to me until I didn’t get it for five days. Then I was more anxious than I cared to be. It could be that the Seroquel is acting in combination with your other med’s to give you stomach pain. If it’s not too bad a pain, maybe stay with it for a while. I just spent about five days where I was putting five tablespoons on my cereal daily. Then, when I tried to work out I was weak as a sick kitten. I think my med’s exaggerated the effect of the sugar. I have cut out the sugar, and I’m getting my strength back.

I will ask my dermatologist and psychiatrist about this since it doesn’t seem to be a normal thing I’m also on nowhere near as high of a dose as that

The med’s we take can affect people differently. Fifty milligrams of Trazodone puts some people into a deep sleep for twenty hours, while it doesn’t do anything to other people. I knew one guy who could take any amount of Stellazine, and not have it do anything to him. Just a little of that puts me flat on my back.

Yes, definitely talk to your doctors about this. Like @crimby said, the meds can affect us all differently.
