Question about injections

They dont even hurt that much anymore in so used to it.

I think it depends on how deep they dig the needle in you if it hurts the next day.

When I had Medicaid I switched to an injection and it helped me more than the pills. I can’t afford the injection so now I get pills again, and I use a medication reminder so I don’t forget to take them.

I give myself my injection in my arm, and yes I do get painful lumps but they go away quickly. I’m on Invega sustenna.

How are you doing it yourself? It is supposed to be given by a medical professional in the US. Your pdoc could get in hot water prescribing that without having a qualified nurse give the shot. It is dangerous because you could hit a vein.

Well I used to have my grandma who is a registered nurse do it, but now I just do it by myself. I didn’t know it was against the rules!

As far as I know it is against the prescribing protocol. I could be wrong, might just be my state.
