for having the world’s strongest teeth i guess because that is his alleged record though i am not buying that book to find out if he is in there.

My teeth are pretty strong I brush twice a day without fail
I know I’m not right about everything, I don’t know everything and I don’t want to know everything. But i am getting worried by people thinking somehow I’m wrong about this.
I should make it a habit of brushing mine at the time I take all my meds
then I’d remember and not skip.

that’s a seventy year old study ninjastar. read the more recent studies and even if you think sodium fluoride prevents cavities, that’s not every fluoride in use, there is also hexofluoride in tap water and in some toothpastes monofluorophosphate. tea naturally has fluoride in it. chlorhexidine turns teeth brown.
