i had my profile public until i noticed the hide option which i didnt know existed until about some months ago, i choose to keep my public profile hidden so that every crazy post ive made in the past cant be all viewed and stuff also dont want people who may not even be apart of the forum to find me and go through all my posts etc.

Yeah I’m the same way I’ve made my fair share of crazy posts in the past I’d rather they not be linked all together.

This is a recovery orientated website and for me it therefore feels best to be as anonymous as possible. Hiding my posts is great in case someone finds out who I am

They should have a button that says show public profile so u can see wat it looks like as on fb they do that. I hope mine is hidden?

The problem with private profile, is that you cannot PM anyone
