There is all kind of contradictory information out there. I guess the best way to go is what works for you. There’s no question that sugar is bad, alcohol is bad, salt can be bad, and they tell you that fat is bad too, But we’ve got to eat something and quite frankly eating saltless, sugarless (along with with not eating foods like potatoes and rice which turn into sugar in your body), and meatless food would be difficult to maintain at best. I guess if you want to be in tip top shape you eat tasteless food all day and find a way to enjoy life without making what you eat a part of what you enjoy. Of course on the other hand there are the folks who remind us that eventually we’ll all be dead no matter what we do.
