I read to my dr some dictations I had taken from voices I heard. They told a story about how there were 3 worlds. A meta real world where we live as cyborgs pluged into a network that forms this simulation we live in and a communication channel in between where aliens and I communicate existing alongside a holographic world overlaps g this simulated one.
He said he could not consider me psychotic because I had far too much detail in what I read him and the descriptions and back story I explained.
Not psychotic! As in it’s not a hallucination. Can you believe that?
I don’t think he was just saying I was not psychotic he was saying it didn’t fit any model of psychosis he knew of. Like he explained the other people with hallucinations heard short critical sentences where I have a whole world with drama unfolding and page length poetry like dictations

All i can say is wow! You may not be psychotic, but it is obvious that you continue to have some hallucinations. What matters is whether you can recognise real vs fantasy. If you recognise this as being from your voices, and they aren’t real, you should hopefully be okay. Has anyone else in your family noticed anything?
I really only hear them when I try to talk to them, other than that it’s quiet. I do not think I’m psychotic. Honestly I don’t know what to think about it
