Well this is the first time it’s been full and I think it was anxiety triggered (I have misophonia and some piece of shit was popping their gum… Err um I think anyway I heard it but when I looked at the person they didn’t have gum)
I first noticed the dissosiation.
Then I noticed in the corner of my eye someone tilt their head up and slurp like a dog(?it’s what I thought of) then continue doing math like they did nothing.
I kept hearing that gum pop and I questioned it’s existance.
I had delusions of reference everything seemed to be directed torweds me.
Felt like everyone was out to get me and watching me.
Anxiety overwhelmed me and I started pushing a pencil in my skin.
I was hearing voices.
I had to switch classes and my friend was in the next class. Communication was impaired. Made no sense in my mind. We had to make scheduals for next year. I couldn’t hear them speaking much.
Uh this is the first time it’s happened in school it wasn’t nice.

The important thing now is that it’s over and you survived. If you broke the skin with your pencil, make sure to bandagecand disinfect your wound.
Do you have special accommodations that allow you to leave the class if you need? If not, you should see your school’s office for disability services. They just need some paperwork from your doctor, and they can give you loads of things to help. You can bring a recording device so, if you have to leave, you don’t miss anything. You can also ask for alternative testing locations so you don’t get distracted during exams.
