I would not consider migraine,if it isn’t diagnosed for you.Getting head pain happens often when I’m stressed a lot.
I told you that ,because my brothers wife has migraines with aura.That is serious condition.Involves hallucinations,sensitivity to light,and any sounds hurts her had.She is diagnosed with that.
I suggest you talk to some doctor,probably neurologist,to ask if it’s really your condition.
I do have migraines diagnosed, I’ve even been prescribed medications for it.
I get visual disturbances, sensitivity to light and sound, throbbing pain in my temples and between my eyes, frequent urination, the whole ordeal.
I would guess you subconsciously have recognized a trigger, and you start thinking that after being exposed to one. For me, the relaxation after a moment of stress usually triggers one. Have you kept a migraine journal? They can help identify triggers so you can avoid them.
I know.While living with them for two years I had experience with her condition.She also doesn’t take any,just lies in dark room,usually for three days,but she takes something like Tylenol that is called different name in my country,similar to Panadol .I also gave her sometimes my Klonopin in small doses when she felt really bad.
