Ever since my therapist mentioned the tshirt with the number 47 and how they would kill me at the age. She said the psychosis made me latch onto my surroundings. I don’t think they will kidnap me anymore. Is this a part of psychosis? The numbers thing?

I think psychosis is tricky, a large part of my psychosis was spiritual but i didnt have much if any spirituality in my upbringing. Im sure our psychosis can latch onto things but some of it is random too.

Mine are evil Jesters/Demon things. A part of the sub mind that goes haywire on DMT neurotransmitters that have yet to be proven. DMT is an extremely powerful chemical in the human body. It’s a psychedelic and endogenous. It’s being produced in the Pineal Gland. Facinating stuff. It helps to look at the science of it, can be a form of CBT. Logic takes over emotion. There’s nothing worst than the feelings felt on Psychosis. Good luck to you!
