I struggle with maintaining a healthy weight. It’s always easier for me to not eat, than it is to get the motivation to cook something.
I’m wondering if my history of malnutrition could have influenced my psychosis? Even if it was just from low blood sugar??

It might have triggered it but most likely didn’t cause it.

There is a well publicised event in the Netherlands after ww2 where starvation led to a spike in sz cases. This article is from 2017 so I’d be interested in later work if it was still relevant.

Malnutrition leads to stress. Stress increases risk of psychosis according to my experience aswell as my care nurse.
I was gonna be vegan. Did it for 9 days. Today I caved into eggs.
I just Needed them.

I thought that veganism is good for me but it really might not be, after all.
