Chuck Palaknuik had this forum for subversive writing. I used to be a member. I dont know why he shut it down but it made me so mad. People posted writing and serious authors could critique it. How this relates: turning trauma into poetic self expression. Some of those writings were intense and triggering, hence being subversive. But I absolutely loved the Genre and what I read it was good stuff.
