I am not about to look at this video, but yeah, psychiatry has a very dark past - don’t even want to think about it.
I flicked through it, it seems to mostly deal with the pre antipsychotic meds era of psychiatry. A bit of historic scaremongering. Doesn’t seem relevant to today.
I have a meeting tomorrow, Im scared, cause Im not on meds. If I get back on meds my heart problems will increase, probably a lot.
What psychiatry is doing now is what is important not what it did in the past.
I cannot go up on my Risperdal dose because of cardiac issues - tachycardia etc…
I have to stay on the 2.5 mg Risperdal dose or better yet lower it
At what point is it generally regarded as a non therapeutic dose?
Anything below 2 mg would be considered a non therapeutic dose.
What I would really like to know is what Abilify is derived from. I’m apparently not good enough at using search engines, because I can’t find out if it is plant-based, how it was/is made, etc., etc…
