I’m having some problems with food lately.
At least once during every meal, I have to stop myself from gagging, and it causes me to put off eating until my bloodsugar levels say I have to. But because I’m so hungry, I get even more nauseous.
Is it the new invega I’ve started on or is is the amount of stress I’ve been under recently?
And how do I stop this?

I’d be asking your doctor. Anything that isn’t normal is a concern.
Have you had a history of eating disorders? It’s not a good thing but those meds can do some weird stuff to you.
Even a normal gp is worth a try!

No past eating disorders, but when I get too stressed out, I get nauseous
Stress does strange things to you.
Investigate the side effects of your med!
Some of that passes if it’s early taking it…otherwise talk to your shrink…if no good your gp!
Stress is the real deal breaker for a lot of us!
I’ve only been taking it for about three weeks, so hopefully it’ll pass.
And yes, stress is terrible.
I will talk to my psych nurse about it next time I ses her. It can’t go on like this. I love food, but lately no food can make me feel good like it used to
Another problem I’m having, now that I think about it, is that food is starting to taste like it’s gone bad no matter what I eat, which causes my gag reflex to act up even more
