Quite often people don’t understand me.
That’s when I say, It’s an acquired taste.

There’s been times when I’ve thought I’'ve been talking sense and the mh professional has given a look as if to say “WTF!”

My wife is the one who gives me the WTF looks.

here is a quote from me and it is very true- ‘you know you are feeling better when you start to tell the psychiatrist to cheer up’ i think this was a breakthrough in my communication skills after the change in my meds.

And I have noticed, Daydreamer, since I have been back, you seem to be doing better. Glad to see that.

We all are the misunderstood. Yet we all understand one another.

People tend to point out to me when I stray so horribly.
Once we were discussing money at lunch and I went so far off topic that everyone had to tell me what I had done.

thanks guys, in a recent poll i asked people on this forum how stable they were and it was very encouraging to see that most answered that they were coping apart from a few but i am sure they are doing the best they can as well so

I communicate to others quite clearly, my issue is that many times I just do not feel the need to talk too much, especially with cashiers, clerks - those people working out in the public - I am very polite and keep it short and sweet. Many Hellos, How are you, Thanks etc…
