Talk to your doctor, don’t try going off these drugs abruptly without the doctor’s permission. He or she may substitute something else.
Prozac has a half life of 100 hours, so it doesn’t make much difference when you take the capsules.
I find that ssri antidepressants make me urinate more often too.
I haven’t been bothered to find a cure for this yet.
I just started taking Paxil. I didn’t realize it, but I think it might be making me urinate a lot too.
Plenty of alternatives on the market these days. I ended up on Effexor. It’s a little different as it acts on another receptor as well as serotonin. It works great but it comes with a cost cause I’m on so much these days.
I’d listen to @Anon10 . You need to let your doctor know and let them decide. It can be a slippery slope!
