ooh ooh prime rib, prime rib…I only get it once or twice a year…and I am truly a carnivore…so I don’t mind eating cow…for you that eat cow, are you having any beef for Christmas dinner?
Traditional turkey dinner this year methinks. The daughter has requested it. We had sous vide chuck roast on Boxing Day of 2022 when my daughter got here last year:
It’s cooked for 48 hours in a sous vide at precisely 133F so it was fall apart tender despite being a cheap cut of meat. It presented as prime rib.
I’m having turkey on Xmas and on New Year’s Eve I’m having prime rib roast idk what I’m looking more forward too lol
Turkey and Ham with no bake cookies
Lasagna hopefully and tiramisu for desert
Domino’s pizza and cheesy bread.
BBQ at my moms. More traditional at my dads. I’m bringing pies. I got a chocolate, pumpkin, banana cream, and lemon meringue.
