Traditional turkey dinner this year methinks. The daughter has requested it. We had sous vide chuck roast on Boxing Day of 2022 when my daughter got here last year:

It’s cooked for 48 hours in a sous vide at precisely 133F so it was fall apart tender despite being a cheap cut of meat. It presented as prime rib.

BBQ at my moms. More traditional at my dads. I’m bringing pies. I got a chocolate, pumpkin, banana cream, and lemon meringue.
