Drank some long life soy milk then a few hours later got real bad stomach pains and was sick a few times. Kept me up all night. On the mend now though.
It’s some pretty nasty stuff to deal with, hope you feel better real soon.
Remember when the tummy aches, reintroduce the foods that are bland, like
Yeah that’s what I did. Bananas, then pasta, then plain chicken and rice. Feel ok now, just a bit exhausted.
