I want to stop making posts and live life more…latetly i share a lot of posts. It sounds like a good idea do not post anymore Right? Do you post a lot or only put “likes” on posts?

I just got here. I haven’t posted a lot yet. However there’s still some things I have to ask the community and would like to share. I guess once I’ve said my piece I’ll probably move on, but who knows.

oh I love the feedback I get daily from posting on here…just another way to keep from feeling lonely ya know? tha’ts how it is for me.

I used to post a lot more than I do lately. I’ve tried to be offline more lately. Trying to do things to be creative and use my hands. It’s better diet my mental health to do crafty stuff. Even things as simple as coloring with my daughter. I find being creative lessens my anxiety.

Good to have a balance of both I guess, But I hear you, been spending to much time at the computer, I have other stuff to do and will start doing it.
I live alone so the computer helps with that and talking with others

Learn to self control and like others said, find a balance. My brothers are really successful and they still use social media moderately. I use messenger, whatsapp and this forum.

True, but one think I learnt is I won’t share issues with not like minded people, as they wont understand.
