I love your look @Moon
Thanks it’s queer fashion (literally I’m queer)
I’m thinking if electrolysis doesn’t work on my facial hair I might start being gender fluid. Like make myself have a man appearance when I want
Not really thought this through though.
Just an idea
Woops this was meant to go in say anything
What are you talking about
do you have that much facial hair then @Mae ?
when i see your pics i don’t notice that.
I had considerable male patterned facial hair. The photos I post are usually soon after an electrolysis treatment session where they remove the hair using heat treatment. Or I have cut it and that doesn’t show up well in a photo.
Fortunately, the hair situation is improving at the moment and not as much is growing back.
So the treatment sessions seem to be working at the moment.
However, because of my weird hormonal balance they say that some few male patterned hairs may return within 3 years or so.
She also mentioned that we are all unique though, perhaps hinting and rightly so that you never know how one person’s treatment will work for life.
Anyways, I am glad that it looks like I might be OK with the treatment effects.
But I can get top up treatments, I hope that it won’t be a continual thing though through out my whole life.
Do you pay for treatment or its covered by insurance as its a medical issue?
The beautician did say though from how my treatment response is progressing I probably won’t get some hair regrowth in the future
i hope the treatment won’t have to be done again.
must be annoying to get that treatment done…
How much does it cost you?
Where I live there is one option to get it covered by NHS because I have PCOS.
However, I chose to go with all my savings instead.
Because the NHS option takes longer to do and it is only possible on Mondays, a day when I will be working.
I’m not sure how much it has cost me. Maybe about £1200. Possibly more.
I can’t remember.
wow expensive… sorry that you have to go through that.
Are you from San fransisco
You look like you belong in a boy band in that picture
I guess fifteen
