The only thing with the daily dozen app, is my vegan health coach told me it doesnt contain enough servings, so to add an extra serving of grain, beans, veges and fruit.

Oh ok, the book is perfect! Covers everything in detail! Its going ok thanks, i decided to treat myself and it turned into eating steak and cheese and all kinds of junk food and i gained some of the weight that i lost back. Today i am focusing on eating vegetarian food and i will slowly transition back into veganism. I just made some tasty vegan cheese.

My sister has a huge drinking issue but nobody has heard from her and we assume she’s living on the street by now
