Just a random progress photo. I needed to see this because I had lost 100 pounds but gained 20 back. So here I am right now compared to March of 2023. 80 pounds down. Size 14 from a size 20.

Or are you counting calories?
I did Keto for a couple months but that led to some more disordered eating habits. So I mostly just count calories and exercise.
Great job!!! I started as a size 24 on top and 20 on bottom this past winter. Now I’m a 16/18 on top and 14 on bottom. Slowly but surely
That’s awesome @SweetPea ! Slow sustainable weight loss is the way to go. I tried fad diets and lost weight rapidly but could never keep it off. That’s how I got 100 down the last 20 was from doing the carnivore diet. Immediately when I started eating balanced again I gained that 20 right back. It’s just not sustainable
Yeah. The first time I lost 100 pounds, it was fast but too hard to stick with @Hanna_Foxx . This time I’m doing it differently
I completely agree @SweetPea and with recovering from my ED I’m trying not to focus on weight loss and more just sustainable habit changes
Yeah, they say that’s the most sustainable thing to do.
What kind of exercise do you do?
@Speedy I mostly run with occasional days swimming laps. I run typically 4 days a week
