I’m going to see my psychiatrist next Tuesday and I think I’m going to ask robe referred to a hospital for a short stay can anybody share there experiences with me good and bad
It seems to me that when I didn’t want to go to the hospital they were determined to put me in there. When I wanted to go in they said nothing was wrong with me.

It’s difficult to be away from your loved ones, especially knowing how worried they are. But it is such a relief to know for just that period of time all you’re responsible for is yourself and getting better. When you’re that sick there is no way you’re doing anybody any good anyway, you know what I mean? I just know it forced me to focus on myself and my recovery and that’s what I needed in those moments. FYI I’ve had 7 psychiatric hospitalizations. Good luck I hope it helps you and if you don’t go, try to find time to take care of yourself anyway.
