I voted “other”, because I think I’m having a mixed episode. I feel depressed and am having some suicidal thoughts (no intent, at the moment), but I feel wired at the same time. I can’t sleep, my thoughts are racing, I have been laughing really loudly at everything lately, but I also feel like dying.

Fun, fun. I see my pdoc tomorrow. I’ll tell her all about it.

Thank you, Canuk. :slight_smile: A few days ago, I told him that I’ve been feeling depressed. Also a few days ago (but different day, I think), he commented that I seem to be hypomanic, for a week or two. I haven’t told him I’m feeling suicidal yet, but I will tell him if it gets worse.

im almost always neutral, my two states are neutral or paranoid and nervous pretty much.

I’m so happy for so many reasons. Things were tough there for a while, and I felt like I wasn’t living. Abilify is changing so much for me, plus my knee is feeling better (but not from abilify lol) for the moment. So many things are going well. And I’m wearing super comfy new pajamas! How can I be anything but happy with spiffy pajamas on?

I’ve never known anybody to talk as if Natural was considered a mood That could be anything So I suppose A mood is considered a judgment call
