depending on the thread, I like to use all of the above.

Mostly I like to shared experience and also invite others to share as well. I have given advise when I can, but Iā€™ve sought it out as well.

Maybe add an option for ā€˜All of the aboveā€™

Itā€™s a crummy feeling I get when Iā€™m unable to contribute meaningfully like other posters, and can only beg for their advice. As much as I want to advise myself and connect with others through sharing similar experiences, I struggle to because of aphasia and alogia.

I like to share experiences and see if others have gone through what I have and how they handled it so if Iā€™m currently going through it or it comes up again I can get ides on how to try and act when it happens.
