My native tongue is English but I can talk fluent gibberish.
Gibberish is my native tongue too. Has some similarities to english. Depending on the day.

My mother tongue is Arabic but I prefer to express my thoughts about the illness in English it carries more meanings and enables one to rhetorically express himself. Sugar for English
In my case I prefer to speak in English because I am studying for my First Certificate exam. Besides It help me to learn other points of view.

My mother tongue is English even though my dad is Dutch and my mom is Afrikaans (South African Dutch). They raised us English.
OMG, when I saw the title of this thread I thought to myself, “I wonder if gibberish is an option.” Then I read it and you’ve beaten me to the punch. 
So far it appears that, as one would predict, English is the predominant language here. But there is a significant population of other native languages. Interesting.
