I am taking high dose fish oil,working out and melatonin daily at night.I isolate myself and have severe social anxiety.I am slightly depress also

I’ve dropped that antihistamine (hydrozyzine) and the benzo (lorazepam) but have stuck with the l-theanine and mood stabilizers, I recommend l-theanine for benzo withdrawal. Mine has GABA in it too, and the brain gets desensitized to GABA when you take benzos even for a little bit…it’s the perfect thing for benzo withdrawal :gavel:
