I haven’t been ghosted by a friend or relative because of my condition because only my mom and her boyfriend, brother, sister and brother in law, kids and Dad know about my schizophrenia. None of my friends no about it.

Real friends are hard to come by with this illness

I made a local friend in an atypical community. We’d grab dinner and drinks followed by a movie, go to some atypical event together, etc. I opened up to her about what I was going through. She went on and on about what a farce MI diagnoses were. Then she just disappeared.
