I think I’m confusing anxiety with distress.
No. Anxiety is mild distress.
What type of distress?
Mental distress. Like right now, I have anxiety and negative thoughts.
I voted no because I don’t feel distress constantly. It definitely comes and goes for me.
If anxiety is considered mild distress then it’s a big YES for me!
nope, total peace…hectic morning and I was severely stressed out but I’m fine usually, like now.
Just avoid the negative thoughts. Those can really ruin your day. Is there something you can do to get your mind off of things?
