I’m not sure how I would rate mine overall, probably average because there are some things about myself that I hold in high regard and other things that I view in the exact opposite way. Seems like it’s one extreme or the other.

I have very high self esteem from doing affirmations for years.

Highly recommend them for anyone struggling.


Same here. I didn’t realize how effective it was going to be but it really did make a huge difference after awhile.

But i would have to drive km.
Here in public hospital, we don’t have that.
I did a little theater but it was too hard. Couldn’t play roles without being anxious.

My Self-Esteem Isn’t Of Much Capacity. Resting In The Term Of Self-Esteem Itself. . .

I Don’t Get Nervous Around Most People. But!, I Quickly Realize Some People Will Hate You Regardless Of What You Say, Do, Talk, Or Care About.

Some People Work In The Arts Of Deleting Your Hard Earned Psychological Progress. All In The Manner Of Some Sort Of Personal Withering Circus. It’s Only Slightly Annoying. Slightly.

But!, Back On Topic!. I Don’t Fit In Well With Most Circles. For Whatever Reason. Which Is Why I Step Back And Do My Own Thing. The Parade Is Neverending And Useless. So What’s The Use.

Self-Esteem?. On A Scale Of 1 To 5, How About…, 10 Trillion (!!!).

I said average, but there are definitely soft spots there. My therapist has worked hard with me over the years, but it’s hard to break old patterns

I’d say average. I am no longer consumed by negative self talk, I thank CBT for that.

I never did affirmations. I got my generally high self esteem from all the really wonderful Christian religious books I’ve read.

Yes, I do affirmations all the time. I’m not sure how my self esteem is.

I have 0 self-esteem. I can’t seem to recover it.

Average but I think it was higher and sz lowered it.
