I’ve been in yoyo mode for most of the day.

I’m feeling anxious but that wasn’t an option so I put mediocre. Going back to work after the weekend has always been tough for me anxiety wise, even when I worked a very low stress job. I don’t know what it is that makes me so restless about it. Like it would be normal if I was just like “ugh work” but I like my job. So I don’t know why I feel so anxious thinking about having to go tomorrow.
