I only feel refreshed in the morning when I don’t take clozapine. That’s why I’m tapering it down to 0.
Recently I’ve been really groggy in the morning even after sleeping a lot. I wake up, have coffee, sit in my recliner, nap then I drink more coffee and I’m fine after that.
What is this refreshed you speak of?
I wake up dopey until I can get some coffee into me.
This one kills me about a 50/50 chance I’m going to feel refreshed in the morning it all depends on how much sleep I got and how much trouble I got in the day before to answer your question with a yes or no seems unfitting there should have been a maybe in the pole
I either wake up tired, or pissed that I made it thru another night.
for the most part.
if i miss sleep im screwed. sometimes i wake up feeling psychologically revealed. weird.
I always feel at my best for the first few hours in the morning. Then gradually deteriorate mentally and physically as the day progresses. By the late arvo i usually don’t go out or do anything becasue my anxiety is worse then.
Thank god for my nice mornings though. I like to stick to a rigid routine in the mornings.
Like coffee, nicotine, shower, sometimes brekky, music and sometimes do some household tasks like tidying or whatever.
Would be good if i could feel the way i do in the afternoons like i do in the morning.
